Edible have been traded as economic for food consumption, and their supply can be used at the industry level. However, modern agriculture might disrupting a local plant that indigenous people use daily life. Therefore, this study aimed to assess based on market trading volume year. Data were collected through pricing survey municipal markets from March 2019 February 2021. The was applied using formula Value Plants (EVEP) focus scale economy explore relationships between traders consumers area. There 78 species belonged 67 genera 41 families. highest is Oryza sativa L. (rice) which gains income averaging 684,000 THB annually/trader, followed by Coriandrum sativum (coriander) Alpinia galanga (L.) Willd. (galangal) with values 216,000 187,200 respectively. When we identified into two groups sources, including plants, they found 40 (51%) 38 (49%). In addition, 43 throughout year (12 months), 14 (32.6%) 29 (67.4%). That shows risk trend consumption loss due growth plants.
